Cookie Policy
Since 2012, the European Union has regulated internet browsing, requiring this type of notice and information so that users are aware that the cookies used and necessary for the operation of each website will be installed on their device.
This website, like most websites on the Internet, uses cookies to improve and optimise the user experience. A “cookie” is a small text file that a web page server stores on the user’s hard drive. Cookies cannot, by themselves, identify a person, as they do not refer to any personal data, nor can they be executed as code or contain viruses.
The web server does not associate you as a person, but rather your web browser. In fact, if you normally browse with one browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.) and then try to browse the same website with another browser, you will see that the website asks again for your consent to store cookies, as it does not recognise that you are the same person because those cookies are linked to the browser, not to the person.
Cookies help, for example, to store user settings (language and country from which you browse) so that you do not have to enter these details again on your next visit. In addition, they allow an online store to retain order information while you browse through its pages.
On this website, for your security, we have a trusted certificate that guarantees the authenticity and safety of our site.
First-party cookies
These are technical cookies that are essential to allow the user to browse a website, such as those that enable storing form data or using an SSL certificate. They are essential for you to use all the functions of our website, such as completing forms, accessing secure areas, or maintaining the session of a registered user while browsing the site.
These cookies do not collect information and are used exclusively for the functionality of the website.
Privacy regulations allow these cookies to be placed in your browser automatically.
Other cookies
Personalisation cookies:
These cookies allow the functions or content of our website to be personalised based on the data obtained from the browser. All collected information is anonymous and cannot track your browsing activity on other websites. They are only used to improve the operation of the website.
Through these cookies, for example, we can display the website in the same language as the browser used to visit it. They also allow the website to remember fields you have completed (such as your username, language or the province you are in) and provide enhanced features in other areas of the website that can be customised.
Analytics cookies:
These are used solely for statistical purposes. They remember whether you have visited a website and this information may be shared with other organisations, such as cookies generated by Google Analytics.
Third-party cookies:
These are cookies aimed at improving the effectiveness of external services on this website and/or personalising it according to the user. Some enable the operation of useful services such as sharing on social networks. These are usually third-party cookies allowed in order to provide a desired or recommended service to website users.
Disabling cookies
If the user wishes, it is possible to stop accepting cookies in the browser, or stop accepting cookies from a specific service.
All modern browsers allow you to change cookie settings. These settings are usually found in the “Options” or “Preferences” menu of the browser.
The user may disable the use of cookies on this website at any time through browser settings, for example:
- Google Chrome
- Internet Explorer
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
- There are also third-party online tools that allow users to detect cookies on each website they visit and manage their deactivation, such as Ghostery.
If you decide not to accept cookies, you should not browse our website. However, if you still wish to contact us, you may do so by email at info@domusadministracion.es.
